Pixa Shipping Policy

We understand how important it is that your TCG items arrive safely and quickly.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During major TCG release weeks or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Secure Packaging Standards

We take great care in packaging your items:

  • TCG Singles: All singles are placed in a protective sleeve and secured in a rigid toploader or semi-rigid card saver. Orders are shipped in bubble mailers or sturdy boxes for maximum protection.

  • Sealed Products & Accessories: Shipped in appropriately sized corrugated boxes with sufficient padding (bubble wrap or packing paper) to prevent movement during transit.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

High-Value Orders

Orders exceeding $250.00 in value may automatically require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

  • Payment: Pre-orders are charged at the time the order is placed to reserve your allocation.

  • Mixed Orders (Crucial): If you order in-stock items along with pre-order items, the entire order will be held until ALL items are available to ship. If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

  • Delays: Release dates are set by manufacturers and are subject to change.

We offer international shipping. Estimated cost and shipping times may vary depending on location.

PixaGaming.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We will not falsely declare the value of goods or mark them as gifts to avoid customs fees.
