Card Condition & Authenticity

Q: Are your cards authentic?
A: Absolutely. PixaGaming guarantees the authenticity of every card and sealed product we sell. We rigorously inspect all singles added to our inventory.

Q: How do you grade the condition of your TCG singles?
A: We adhere strictly to standardized grading criteria (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.). For a detailed breakdown, please see our [Link to a Condition Guide Page].

Q: Do you use stock photos?
A: Yes, we primarily use stock photos for efficiency. The image represents the card title and set, not the exact condition or centering of the card you will receive. For high-value cards (e.g., over $[e.g., $100]), we usually provide actual scans.

Q: Why did the price of a card in my cart change before I checked out?
A: The TCG singles market is highly volatile, and prices fluctuate in real-time. Placing an item in your cart does not lock in the price; the price is finalized at checkout.

Pre-Orders

Q: When do you charge for pre-orders?
A: We charge your payment method at the time the pre-order is placed to reserve your allocation.

Q: Can I cancel a pre-order?

Q: If I order in-stock items and pre-order items together, when will they ship?

Q: What happens if you don't receive enough stock (Allocations)?
A: Manufacturers sometimes allocate less product than ordered. If this occurs, we will fulfill orders chronologically (first ordered, first served). If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full and immediate refund.

Shipping & Returns

Q: How are singles packaged for shipping?
A: We take packaging very seriously. All singles are sleeved, placed in a rigid toploader, and shipped securely in a bubble mailer or box.

Q: Can I return a booster box if I didn't pull the chase card I wanted?
A: No. Once a sealed TCG product is opened, it cannot be returned. We cannot guarantee specific pull rates or the contents of sealed products.

Q: A card inside my sealed pack was damaged (e.g., crimped or misprinted). What do I do?
A: Pixa is not responsible for manufacturing errors within sealed products. You will need to contact the game's manufacturer (e.g., Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast, Konami) directly for a replacement.
