Refund policy

At Pixa, we are committed to providing high-quality Trading Card Games (TCG) products and accessories. Please review our return policy, which is tailored to the nature of collectible TCG items.

Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

Eligible Items:

  • TCG Accessories (Sleeves, Deck Boxes, Playmats, Binders, Dice): Must be in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Sealed TCG Products (Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Preconstructed Decks): Must be factory sealed with the original shrink wrap and/or security seals intact and untampered with.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):

Due to the collectible nature, randomization, and market volatility of TCGs, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • TCG Singles (Individual Cards): All sales of single cards are final.

  • Opened or Tampered Products: Any product containing randomized cards (e.g., booster packs, mystery boxes) that has been opened or had the factory seal removed.

  • Digital Codes: Redemption codes for online TCG clients (e.g., TCG Live).

  • Clearance Items.

Issues and Exceptions

We will make exceptions to the above policies in the following cases:

1. Incorrect Items Received If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and resolve the error.

2. TCG Singles Condition Disputes We adhere strictly to TCG Player Card Condition Guide. If you believe a card you received is significantly different from the graded condition listed (e.g., you ordered Near Mint and received Heavily Played), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos documenting the discrepancy.

3. Damages During Shipping If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours and retain all packaging materials. Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping box so we can file a claim.

Factory Defects & "Pull Rates"

We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for manufacturer errors or randomized contents within a sealed product. We cannot guarantee specific "pull rates." Issues such as missing cards, misprints, or factory-damaged cards inside a sealed pack must be addressed directly with the game manufacturer (e.g., Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast, Konami).

Minor cosmetic imperfections in manufacturing (e.g., slight tears in shrink wrap, minor dings on booster box corners) do not qualify as defects if the internal product is unharmed.

Initiating a Return

To start an eligible return, contact us at prof.vega@pixa.gg with your order number. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Pixa Error/Verified Damage: We will cover return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind (Eligible Items Only): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns of sealed TCG products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee due to market volatility.
